Jared Forman- Partner

Jared Forman has always loved technology, innovation, business, efficiency, cars, helping others, his Faith, and his Family. As a teen, and with his parents mentoring and support, he and his buddies started a Mobile Car Detailing business. After High School classes ended for the day they would gather their supplies and work hard together. Jared liked learning new skills and being detailed in his work. He enjoyed creating a clientele and working to maintain the relationship through high standards of work ethic and a meticulous product. After a few years that Detailing Business was sold for a profit as Jared embarked on a new adventure.

With a deep devotion to his Faith Jared interrupted college and chose to serve as a missionary for his church in Santiago, Chile for two years. He thoroughly enjoyed being immersed in serving the people and learned Spanish. Before even returning to the United States Jared knew business was his passion. He concurrently enrolled back in college and started work with his father Dean at GFBB in 2004. He both received his Health and Life License and started the greatest adventure of life, marriage, in 2005. Since then, he has earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Management, the Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC®) designation from the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP), and the Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) designation from the National Underwriter Company.

Jared is currently one of the partners of Prospero Benefits Group, alongside his Father Dean, and brother Daniel. His mission is to serve Companies and Individuals by helping them find the best products for the best value. Jared excels at listening to companies’ needs and responds as promptly as possible, as every client is valued. He is committed to integrating innovative technology that improves efficiency with Group Benefits, and ultimately desires to help every client be successful.

Outside of work, you’ll find Jared with his wife and 5 energetic kids working, serving, or playing together. He still loves cars, especially a clean one, and is relentless in working to commit his wife to no children eating in the car. On rare occasion, when he can get away, Jared likes trying new foods, or doing a Driving Experience on the Racetrack.

OUR STORY

Daniel.jpg

Daniel Forman- Partner

Daniel acquired his love for business, insurance, and financial services in his early youth. Taught by his father to work hard and invest in the future, Daniel has eagerly pursed his education to bring increasing value to the firm. Daniel received his Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management in Finance in April of 2013 and shortly after was awarded his life and health license.

Since entering the insurance business in 2013, Daniel has tirelessly worked to educate himself and Prospero clients on the perpetual evolution of healthcare, government regulation, HR services, and industry technology. Navigating these

turbulent times has allowed him the necessary experience and knowledge base to effectively implement niche products and services, coordinate different lines of coverage, and to ultimately deliver otherwise unattainable results and efficiencies to clients.

Daniel devotes most of his attention to administering the benefit packages for employers with 1-100 employees. While group benefits are his primary focus, he maintains a high level of expertise in the areas of individual and family insurance, Medicare and supplemental coverages, and the complexities of government run subsidized exchanges.

When not in the office, Daniel spends as much time possible with his wife and family, raising their four young children and counting. They travel whenever they have the opportunity and take great joy in admiring the natural beauties of the world, her people and cultures. More recently Daniel and his wife founded a West African Agricultural Society, with the main goal of improving the food production and quality of life for third world residents, by investing in modern equipment and farming technologies.

Bringing sustainable solutions to individuals, families, businesses and communities is his lifelong goal and personal commitment.
